Family Dance Workshops

dancePROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

Help out with fun dance workshops for children and their families! During the workshops, Ballet Austin dancers perform short excerpts from the upcoming productions, and children the chance to do some movement exercises with the dancers, working with the dancers in smaller-sized age groups to create short pieces of choreography. Volunteers help with greeting, check-in, transforming the studio into theatre mode, and taking photos and video. Help introduce children ages 3 – 12 years old and their family members to the next production, and have fun doing it!
