Package #4: “TURN UP THE HEAT”: Dinner for Eight: Prepared and Served in your home by TRAVIS COUNTY ESD 4 FIRE DEPT and their Finest Chefs: Firefighter Chef Aaron Flournay, Graduate of Texas Culinary Academy specializing in Cordon Bleu cuisine, and Firefighter Chef Tim Lafuente, classical cuisine innovator from Central Market and now at Lake Austin Spa Resort. With apprentices: Firefighters Sutton Buck, Art Liscano and Chris Vargas.
